This apartment is furnished with rustic Tuscan fittings and has old brick barrel vaults. It has an independent entrance with access from the garden.

On the ground floor large bathroom with a spacious designer shower and a large sink. Bidet and toilet are behind a wall, separated from the other bathroom  area. This bathroom is very bright and welcoming and features characteristic exposed stones on the walls.

The apartment disposes of a cozy kitchen equipped with 4 gas burners, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave, toaster, Italian coffee makers, kettle, cutlery, dishes. The view through the glass door is amazing: rolling Tuscan hills covered with olive groves and the city of Florence in the distance with its famous monuments!

On the ground floor is also a furnished room with walk-in wardrobe on one side and an equipped laundry wall with washing machine for the exclusive use of guests on the other side.

The bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed (cm 160 x 200) can be reached by climbing 15 easy steps.  From its window one can enjoy a beautiful panorama with dome view of the Florence cathedral.

Outdoor spaces and garden with sun loungers, tables, chairs  and sun umbrellas are available for the guests.
