Super-modern studio, nestled in the heart of Tuscany with a view of the Brunelleschi dome from the garden. Here you find all the comforts for a pleasant stay surrounded by nature. The apartment is accessed from the garden through a comfortable iron staircase.

The entrance is furnished with a sofa bed, a large table, chairs, smart TV and étagère.

The kitchenette to the left of the entrance is furnished with fridge/freezer, 2-plate induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee and tea machine with capsules, toaster, cutlery and dishes. 

Bathroom with large walk-in shower, crystal glass and thermostatic mixer, sink, toilet with hand shower. There is a hairdryer. 

The mezzanine can be reached from the main room via a comfortable designer staircase. It is furnished with a queen size double bed (cm 140 x 200), bedside tables with linen containers, a clothes rack with hangers and a bench. 

Outdoor spaces and garden with sun loungers, tables, chairs and sun umbrellas are available for the guests.
